Joyce Goldenberg has given many gifts to Covenant Hospice – gifts of time and of money, ideas and inspiration. And she just keeps giving. Recently, she came to us with the notion of creating a cookbook of her treasured (and closely guarded) recipes to benefit the special kind of caring we provide.
This holiday season, we’re bringing that cookbook to you, a volume that never would have existed without Joyce and her husband Sam’s love for the mission and patients of Covenant Hospice. On every page, you’ll find recipes to celebrate life. By making a donation to our organization, or by purchasing Savor - Recipes to Celebrate Life, you’ll help the patients and families of Covenant Hospice do just that.

At Covenant Hospice, we believe that everyone deserves quality end-of-life care regardless of their ability to pay. We also believe there are certain programs that are essential to providing excellent care, not only for the patients but also their loved ones. These programs include bereavement services, chaplain services, indigent care, and children's support services. Because these programs are not reimbursed by Medicare or other private insurance sources, we rely on donations, grants, memorials, contributions and fundraisers like those listed above. Covenant Hospice is a not-for-profit charitable organization. Our special events allow us to continue to provide excellence in compassionate care to our community. You can support Covenant Hospice by attending our special events, volunteering your time, or making a donation. Learn more about your donation at work.
